All the values you need to set up Wolt TV on any device are in your customer portal.
1Step 1 of 5Log in to the customer portal
Visit the Sign in link from any Wolt TV page (top right). Sign in with the email you used at checkout.
If you forgot your password, use Forgot password on the login screen — a reset email arrives within seconds.
2Step 2 of 5Open your active subscription
On the dashboard, you'll see your subscriptions. Click the active one — typically labelled with the duration you bought (e.g. "Wolt TV — 1 Month").
3Step 3 of 5Copy what you need
On the subscription detail screen, you'll see:
- M3U URL — most apps (TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, GSE Smart IPTV, Smart IPTV)
- EPG URL — separate program-guide source (most M3U URLs include EPG, but some apps want a dedicated URL)
- Username + password — Xtream-Codes login (Smarters Pro recommended path)
- MAC address — for MAG boxes and STB Emu (you can edit this any time)
- Streaming URL / portal URL — for Smarters Pro (Xtream login) and MAG portal-mode
Every field has a Copy button — one tap.
4Step 4 of 5Editing the MAC
If you bought the subscription expecting MAC auth and need to change the registered MAC (e.g. you got a new MAG box), tap Edit MAC and enter the new one. Wolt TV pushes it to the panel immediately.
5Step 5 of 5Multiroom (multi-connection)
If your plan supports multiple connections, each is listed separately with its own M3U URL or MAC. Click Add device to create another credential set within your active subscription.
Lost or rotating URLs
IPTV M3U URLs are tied to your active subscription. If your subscription is suspended (e.g. payment lapsed) or renewed, the URL may rotate. Always re-copy from the customer portal after a renewal.
If a URL stops working unexpectedly, check the customer portal first — chances are the URL changed or the subscription is in grace period.
